Ceuta: Spain sends troops as 8,000 migrants enter enclave

In April, Spain allowed Saharawi leader Brahim Ghali, 73, to be treated in hospital for Covid-19, apparently in Logroño. He leads the Polisario Front, fighting for the sovereignty of Western Sahara against the claims of Morocco. The Moroccan government responded angrily and warned Spain that harboring Mr. Ghali would have “consequences”.
