President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan broadcast a video message on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.
Erdogan’s message is as follows:
“To our nation, to the Islamic world and to all mankind, these blessed days We wish you good luck. Last year we had a sad vacation in the shadow of the coronavirus epidemic. This year, we have largely contained the epidemic, the normalization As a country that has taken its steps, we will celebrate the holiday in a little better conditions. We got it. All our institutions have taken the necessary measures to ensure that our fellow citizens have a peaceful holiday. Of course, we regret that we are not always able to fulfill the obligation of Hajj, which is an integral part of Eid al-Adha. We hope to reach the days when the Hajj, which will be held with limited attendance, will once again be performed with the participation of millions of people, with love, enthusiasm and affection.
“WE HOPE TO HAVE OUR DOMESTIC VACCINE READY TO USE BY THE END OF THE YEAR”
In order to completely get rid of the negativities of the epidemic, which is affecting our country as well as the whole world, we must not give up our attention and our precautions. Our greatest weapons of defense against the epidemic; It is vaccination with the measures that we express as cleaning, mask, distancing. Fortunately, we are at a very good level of immunization compared to the world average. We have no problem with the vaccine supply. We hope that our national vaccine will be ready for use by the end of the year.
” I INVITE ALL OUR CITIZENS TO BENEFIT FROM THE VACCINE SERVICE ”
I invite all our fellow citizens to benefit from the vaccination service that we now offer to anyone over the age of 18. Turkey’s positive differentiation from other countries, its economy, social and commercial life, international relations and strength in all fields depend on it. The life of every citizen is precious to us. It is still not clear who this disease will catch, where, how it will affect and what consequences it will have. It is therefore imperative that we protect ourselves against this insidious threat by keeping our precautions and vaccinations. The progress that we will make in terms of the number of cases, patients and deaths through vaccination is of crucial importance to the health of individuals, the morale of the nation and the goals of the country.
“ALL OPPORTUNITIES IN THE STATE OF THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY ARE INVESTIGATED BY 84 MILLION CITIZENS”
Until we have better opportunities to deal with the threat of the epidemic. Until then, we will continue to do so. During the epidemic period, we took the necessary measures to ensure that every segment of our country, every individual, did not encounter difficulties and met their needs. With the standardization process, these difficulties have been greatly reduced as many of the limitations have been removed. Despite this, if there are citizens whose problems persist, we will of course continue to support them in the coming period. All state facilities of the Republic of Turkey are available to our 84 million citizens. We act with the awareness that the main thing is to strengthen the real economy, to grow the country with investment, production, employment and exports. To do this, we support the sectors that are the backbone of production and trade, as well as the strengthening of basic service infrastructure. We are walking towards our goals with determination in a climate of confidence, stability, peace and hope generated by the rise of Turkey in its region and in the world. Every new service we put in place, every new job we put in place, every new project we carry out, every new investment that we lay the foundation for is a step towards building a great and powerful Turkey. For the sake of the blessed days we live in, I pray to my Lord to lead the way for our country and our nation, to solve their problems and light their way. As with every public holiday, this time I would like to end my intervention by calling on our drivers to respect the highway code to the letter, not to tire themselves on the road and to increase their attention as they approach their home. destination. We all need to act more responsibly so that our holiday cheer does not turn into a heartbreak with financial loss, injury and death. With these sentiments, I wish once again that Eid al-Adha will be instrumental in the salvation of all of us and the fulfillment of what is in our hearts. Have a nice holiday.”
