The proposal also includes regulations for dog breeds designated as dangerous. According to this; Pitbull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino and Fila Brasilerio species will be banned from entering Turkey.

Those who sell or advertise these species will be fined 11,000 TL per animal. The animals will also be confiscated.
