Health Minister Fahrettin Koca announced the number of Covid-19 cases observed per 100,000 people in the week of July 31 to August 6, depending on the province.

The density of cases in provinces with low vaccination rates on the map has attracted attention.

According to the provinces, the number of weekly cases of Kovid-19 was 182.21 in Istanbul, 184.58 in Ankara, 65.85 in Izmir per 100,000 inhabitants.

While the number of observed Covid-19 cases per 100,000 people in the week of July 24-30 was 1,139.64, this week it was recorded at 974.40. Although there was a decrease in the number of cases, Siirt was again the province where many cases were seen.

The provinces where the number of Kovid-19 cases increased the most over the past week were Rize, Batman, Diyarbakır, Artvin and Bingöl.
