Health Minister Fahrettin Koca announced the number of Covid-19 cases observed per 100,000 people in the week of May 29 to June 4, depending on the province.

In his post on his Twitter account, Koca included the number of Covid-19 cases corresponding to a population of 100,000 on a provincial basis, stating that the rate of decline in the number of cases has declined, but the trend is the decline continued.

According to data published on the map of Turkey shared by Koca, the weekly number of Covid-19 cases per 100,000 people was 63.93 in Istanbul, 99.50 in Ankara and 41.23 in Izmir.

According to weekly data, Bolu, Kars, Gümüşhane, Kütahya and Ankara were the provinces with the highest number of Covid-19 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, and Hatay, Osmaniye, Adana, Edirne and Mersin the least.

On the other hand, the provinces with the highest number of cases over the past week were also split.
