The deadlines for submitting and paying the company’s income and temporary declarations have been extended

For the first temporary tax period of this year temporary and corporate income tax returnsThe deadlines for the payment of taxes accumulated on these declarations have been extended until the end of Monday, May 31.

According to the announcement on the website of the Revenue Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, due to applications submitted to the ministry and curfew, income and institution restrictions for the first temporary fiscal period of 2021 (January-February-March), which must be given until the end of May 17, the filing of tax returns and the extension of payment deadlines have been decided.

Consequently, with the filing of said declarations, the terms of payment of taxes accrued on these declarations have been extended until the end of Monday, May 31.

The extension also includes taxpayers subject to the special accounting period whose declaration date is the end of May 17 from the anticipated tax period concerned.
